Always enjoy this unique little coffee shop in downtown Charles Town. Where else can you find a “monk brewed” coffee?

The meals are great and the desserts are excellent! The owner is also a very nice man.

This is a cute, cozy coffee house in downtown Charlestown, WV. The barista was warm and friendly, and made expert coffee drinks with delicious freshly ground coffee beans. We loved the quirky feel, and the laid back atmosphere. Its a great location for a quick coffee to go, or a meeting/gaming space with family and friends. I also bought homemade bread and some pastries for a dinner with friends which were awesome. Can't wait to go back to enjoy a friendly cup of coffee and support some wonderful monks and their stellar employees.

I absolutely adore this cozy coffee spot! everyone is always so nice, and the coffee speaks for itself. The handmade bread is the star among other great foods and snacks to get while you enjoy your coffee. 11/10 would recommend!

This shop is a gem. This place does not have WiFi... which is exactly why it is so great. This is where you go to slow down, unplug, have face-to-face conversations, meet new people, or cozy up with your favorite book. And the coffee tastes even better than it looks

This place has a chill vibe. The guy that helped us knew his coffee, history and was very helpful. They were about to close when we strolled in and he didn't hesitate to accommodate us to the best of his ability. It was delicious. My son thinks their sourdough bread is amazing. Thankful we stopped in on a whim during our travels and you will be too

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and great staff. Even the bread is home-baked by one of the monks. Its a wonderful place to comes and escape the stress of the outside world. You can watch people come and go and see how connected the community is to this lovely coffee spot. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Everything I've had here is amazing! I usually place my blind trust in them and let them surprise me. My boyfriend is so in love with their chai that others are ruined for him. They also have delicious scones---the one I had was nutella!

Great staff and hosting. Cozy place to enjoy your coffee while reading next to a cute bookcase filled with books. The French lentil salad was very good. The espresso could be better.
