The McDonalds in Charles Town is under horrible management. They ignore mobile orders and make you stand there over half hour without ever acknowledging you. After a half hour, I had to ask for my order. I got it in 2 minutes, but the sandwich was wrong and they gave me ketchup for my hashbrown? Drive to Brunswick, MD if you want McDonalds food. Those folks over there know what they’re doing. Skip the Charles Town location.

This place is trash I’m sorry. Everytime I go to this one I regret it. My stomach does not like anything made here. There’s another McDonald’s across town that’s just better in every way. I do not trust the food here and the employees act like they don’t want to be there which makes it even worse. Avoid at all cost. Also the location is congested.

Went there two weeks ago the fries was old and brown, ordered two apple pies they were stuck to the box and had expired two hours ago. Walked in today and waited for 10 minutes employees kept looking NO ONE wanted to wait on us. One employee talked about not feeling good. We got tried of waiting got ready to leave then they asked if they could help us. Very poor customer service and I will not be back!

I’m not exaggerating when I say 9 times out of 10 our food is wrong or missing when we get home and open the bag. Ordered my daughter a cheeseburger with only ketchup once and when we got home where was a patty with ketchup in a plastic container, no buns or cheese. Don’t waste your time here, go to the one in Ranson.
