Ordered through GrubHub for the tiny tan toys that’s suppose to be rolled out today! Had an option for tiny tan toy on the grub hub app and the 5 happy meals all came with Mario cart! I’ve also ordered an adult happy meal and did not get the toy that was supposed to be delivered in a previous order. Not happy at all!

Took almost 20 minutes to get our food. we pre oder on the app sadly that the only way to get deals. They have signs that say 30 minute sitting. There were no clean tables.(This place isn’t the cleanest)The tables by the bath room is basically the works break room stuff everywhere. There is no outdoor sitting (wish there was)also no play area for kids,So that sucks.This is not a welcoming for costumers especially if there more then 2 people for sitting a lot of people take a booth just for themselves. (they seem like the usuals and sit there a lot) French fries were kind of orange and hard.

Only received half our order. Then the guy giving us our food got snippy with an attitude, came back 3 separate times and then we still ended up with the wrong order.

Stopped by late at night. Other than the racetrack/ casino, it was all that was open. Drive thru was moving quickly. Food came out hot and seemed fresh. Honestly, if all McDonald's were this efficient, I would visit more often.

Food was YUCK! And still HASN'T changed. Had to give it to my dog because it was SSOOO BAD. He was the ONLY one who could stomach it. YUCK! I thought after so long, things my have changed. No more for me... I'm NEVER going back to the Charles Town, WV McDonalds!

Outside atmosphere was awesome but inside like any other McDonalds. We were hoping for a step back in time with the original tables. Very nostalgic on the outside which is why we stopped. Personnel were friendly, food was ok.
