Ordered 2 different pizzas. Ended up both were the same. This is the 3rd time in a row that this particular Pizza John has messed up our order. I don't know what is happening over there because I have ordered from them for years with zero problems. This past year its been terrible service. 3 strikes, you are out!!

I don’t get papa John’s where I live so when I get a chance I order it and today was the worst I’ve ever had from them. It was cold wings and cold pizza and my daughter lives 6 minutes away.

I just picked up a DoorDash for a customer. Angel was working. She was amazing efficient fast, timely kind friendly she needs a raise.!!! Because there have never been A time that I was in and out of that store on a Friday night as fast as I was today, good job angel. Keep up the good work.

Spite being by her self Manger Chelsea having to make dough to order still managed to have my order of 3 items finish by the suggested time from the app. When picking the order up I was greeted with a smile and joking laughter. Honestly we need more fast food and other local employees like her. I am thankful for her professionalism.

I have previously reviewed a separate Papa John's down the road in Ashburn, VA, and that branch was plagued with numerous issues. I have to say however, after ordering from this branch on two separate occasions, I am quite impressed. I am not sure if I have just been lucky, or if this is the best Papa Johns in all of the land, but the quality and efficiency here have been exceptional thus far.

I should also say that a friend of mine had a pizza sent to my house in the past and I was unaware of it (a prank we have done to each other throughout the years). The pizza arrived without my knowledge and my brother-in-law told them we did not order it (which was true). Since the pizza could not be delivered, the branch refunded my friend and that was the end of it. We both felt terrible about this, and I am still willing to make the branch whole for this to this day. Long story short, this was a testament of this store's integrity.

We waited over an hour for our delivery. We were at the Inn hotel at Hollywood Casino called about our order they refunded our money was over $70 but the driver said that they left it with the security guard. There’s no security guard at the hotel. The manager said so she didn’t know where she left it. I would think that that would be the manager’s job to find out where she left someone else’s food very horrible people to deal with.

Horrible customer service at drop off. If you want a good tip maybe be nicer to your customers instead of shoving pizza boxes in my hands. I always have cash to give an extra tip, but if you don't show common curtesy, that money stays in my pocket.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this location, which I feel could have been easily avoided with better customer service. I placed an order for a large pizza and wings, and the phone call went smoothly. The woman I spoke with was polite, and after confirming my order, total, and a pickup time of 36-46 minutes, she assured me the order was successfully placed. However, when my husband arrived to pick up the order 40 minutes later, he was informed that it had never been processed. Rather than offering a reasonable solution—such as expediting our order and apologizing for the inconvenience - they simply asked him to reorder and informed him he would have to wait an additional hour. This lack of effort to make things right was incredibly frustrating and reflects poor management and a lack of regard for customer satisfaction.I am extremely disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this location in the future.
