Just skip being disappointed in Martinsburg and head to this Pizza Hut instead! On the rare occasion that your order is messed up, they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Super friendly staff.
Ordered online for delivery on July 1st late evening. Paid online and got a tracker for delivery status. They never showed up. Called local restaurant next afternoon. Took 3 hours to get a manager on the phone. Once I did, manager offered $50 credit and paid $9.60 with CC over the phone with them. DoorDash arrives and refuse to give me my food because I owe $9.60. The pizza melts were great. The Meat lovers was filled to the max. I will definitely order the pizza melts again. the price was very low and the melts were enough to feed two people. Great value.
