If your excited to upgrade your combo only to pull away and find that your missing items 99% of the time then you've come to the right place! Your almost guaranteed to be missing a sauce, fry, or entire sandwich. Only fun in it is guessing which item they won't include! I'd say it's an accident... But at the rate it happens it must be intentional. A little game of sorts, play at your own risk.

i ordered a 10 piece combo on tuesday and the boy taking orders didn’t put down ANY sauses and at the window a little leprechaun wanted to charge me 2 dollars for 2 little sauces this is so crazy man and he was laughing of how i speak man.

Stood at the counter for over 5 mins. Multiple employees looked at us and not one said anything at all. Not even sorry for the wait, someone will be right with you. We left and went next door to McDonalds. I will never go to this Wendy's again.

Although it's busy during the height of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours, I recommend those times of day due to the fact that it's becoming a common practice to serve stale fries, and other items that can be kept in warmers. I prefer my food prepared fresh, so I don't mind waiting for quality. On this visit I arrived around 7pm, my fries were inedible as the were cold and hard. I also saw them pulling the burger from a warmer and adding the extra items to it that I requested. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. 🫤

The heavy set Hispanic woman who works front counter is straight up rude. She isn’t wearing a name tag so Idk her name. I placed a mobile order and came up to request no ice and was given ice anyways and was met with attitude when I requested my drink be replaced. This has happened multiple times now; I ignored it the first time as it was a tiny bit busy and I assumed she was flustered but it has come to my attention that she simply lacks customer service skills. I will return cause I have no issues with my food but I have had issues with this woman in particular every time I’ve been here.

I don't usually eat fast food, but it was open late and close to the hospital. I was able to pick up food for my mother before she was admitted to the hospital. We got two meals with double cheeseburgers, fries, nuggets, and Frosty's. Everything was fresh and the fries were really good. Will definitely use them in emergency situations.

The two cheeseburgers were cold and overcooked the ice tea tasted aweful and did not get my large frosty. We spent 27.00 and no receipt.
