Adelphia Sports Bar & Grille

Descent Sports Bar. Lot of TVs which was good. Wings were good big and done right. Adelphia Hot Sauce wasn't to hot kind of Buffalo sauce with some sweetness. Tried several beers on tap and they weren't very good but had standard selections as well. Good atmosphere quite a few people in there. Servers were great. Elizabeth bartender very attentive and spot on.

Extremely disappointed with my second experience here. The food was okay, but the service was abysmal. The female bartender clearly had an issue with female patrons. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Will not return here.

I love Adelphia. Their lunch specials are amazing and their service has always been great. The food is delicious too!

Usually pretty good food but told us they stopped seating people (we had 6 people) at 9pm on a Friday with half the restaurant empty, for some reason. Ate at the much better Pie and Pints next door. When we walked by after finishing at Pies they were seating people. Liar hostesses and shitty service is pretty typical, unfortunately. Really weird for a sports bar that’s supposedly open until 12

Go during the day to avoid the loud drunk scene at night if you’re not into that! Good spot, of course please get at that fried feta 🤤 the pitas it came with had a mild fridge taste but the feta was so good it didn’t even matter at that point.

Food was great. I liked my spotakanitta and dothmatkas. Service was very slow and server forgot to put in the correct order. It was figured out but I could tell I annoyed the server when I asked for the correct order.

Love this place. I've never ordered anything I didn't like. Great place to drink and hang out. Get. The. Greek. Nachos.

My wife and I enjoyed our stop ay Adelphia. My problem is I got charged $26 for a Larceny on the rocks. I run a bar at a boat club in NY, and I know that you can get a 1.75L Larceny for what i paid for two drinks. I paid it, no questions, but I feel I was overcharged. The food was very good, the staff excellent. Just watch the pricing on the whiskey.

Adelphia is a shame. The food is average at best. A majority of what I've ordered tastes off in some way, as it's not very fresh. The outdoor decorations are hideous, and while the interior is better, it's nothing special. The service I've had was fine, but friends of mine have not been as fortunate. For a sports bar to get a beer and a mediocre appetizer, it does the job. It can be a decent option for a lunch. Unless you are looking for a sports bar specifically, I'd go somewhere else.

My wife and I finally got to try this place out and it didn’t disappoint at all. Everything we ordered tasted great and look forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.

This was a nice sports bar in downtown Charleston. We were walking around looking for food and decided to give it a try. There is a bar and plenty of tvs if you are looking to catch a game. Service was pretty good, no complaints. The deep fried feta appetizer, greek gyro and sweet potato fries were really good! I was hoping they had blue moon since it was listed but it was not available. There were plenty of other options though. I would recommend eating here and would return if in the area.

Definitely won't be back. we sat for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us so we had to ask the hostess to find our waitress. waitress brought me the wrong drink twice. we ordered nachos which were cold by the time they got to us. My entree came out wrong so we sent it back and it never came back out so we just had it taken off the bill. His gyro was cold. waitress comes over and asks us how everything is when I don't even have food. overall terrible service and experience. will never go back. had to go somewhere else afterwards to get me something to eat

Beautiful food, wonderful wait staff. One of my favourite places in WV :)
