I've been posting reviews about these particular fast food joints in the South Ridge area they're all terrible no one really cares Food quality good service fast service it's all going down the drain. And places like this if they don't get it gather they will close and the people that work there will no longer have jobs but they'll just go to another place and be terrible and they'll shut that place down to. The level of responsibility for work is just the pits in these places all of them. And these people that work there better be careful because if they shut everything down because of their bad service there will be no place to work.

I went to the location drive through. I ordered the Hawaiian fish deluxe with curly fries. This was 12:43pm After waiting a good 10 minutes i received my meal and pulled away. Who doesn’t like to reach in and grab a couple fries while driving. 🙄 the fries are not even warm, after the wait they should have at least been hot. Skip the fries let’s get to the fish. Not even warm and it look like it was slapped together and someone did the squashed fish patty on a bun soggy tomato wadded mayo and the cheese look like it was two days old on the counter . Sorry guys 2 bites and done. It made me give a star to post so….

Food is always good, but they can't seem to keep employees so it takes forever to get it sometimes.
Update: Nothing has changed in 4 years since my original review, other than I’m both a customer and delivery service. This location is one of the best FF restaurants I’ve worked with, always courteous, as quick as possible and determined that every detail is perfect.
The food is freshly made to order, the inside is kept clean, and the employees are friendly and accommodating. One of the best locations in the Kanawha Valley.

Drove up to the drive thru and the speaker stated the store was closed, but it’s only 7:30PM??? Last I checked this place closes at 10:00
I have been going to this Arby’s for many years. Today June 28th, 2024, I went through the drive thru and ordered the limited edition chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, when I got home and started eating it, I noticed a Black Hair on one of the fries. I was very disgusted and have never experienced something like this. I’m also really disappointed because this arby’s normally has good service.

I can't give any real stars for food service or atmosphere because they were closed at 8:30 and they weren't supposed to close until 10:00. What is up with that?

They can't get tax added correctly on orders. 6% sales tax on 18$ does not add up to $20.33 When called out on it today they reduced it but still was off. Correct amount is $19.08 They had $19.26 While not a huge amount think of it in how many orders each day. That adds up. It's not a one time thing either. I only noticed after a few trips of same order but different totals.
