I love Arby's so this makes me sad, but the last visit was so truly awful I have to review. I decided to try the turkey club the other night. Usually I stay with sandwiches I typically get, but it sounded good. First, they gave me the entirely wrong sandwich. They gave me the other turkey sandwich with stuffing, which I would never eat. I went in and showed them and they made it right. Then, I ate it and it definitely wasn't great. Really not even good. And the turkey seemed tough and hard to pull apart. As I got to the end I was full but didn't want to waste the meat and cheese so I pulled just them out. I took a bite and it still tasted weird. That's when I looked at it and realized part of it was completely raw! Well, I ended up with food poisoning. That was Tue night. This is Friday and I'm still sick. I genuinely love Arby's and I go to this one all the time. I'm so upset about this. I don't know what's going on, but I hope the staff get it together and fix what's wrong. Can't say if I'll be back. This one is hard to get past sadly. We'll see.

Just tried to stop in for lunch. The drive through line was backed up so I went in to the counter. Who I think was a manager, left me standing there on crutches for about ten minutes. Not only that, she kept walking up to the register and starting to act like she was about to take my order, then in a very frustrated tone, would say “hold on please,” and walk away. Every time she walked away she appeared to be doing some petty conflict resolution stuff with a coworker. She was crazy persistent with it too. Totally ignored all the customers building up in line to ReSoLve HeR cOnFLicT. Then another employee who’d noticed I’d been standing there on crutches for a long time tried to take my order and she stopped him and said, “ I didn’t take his order for a reason, we’re too backed up.” Gross experience.

Pretty quick service and they were cleaning often around us. We had the Roast Beef Sandwiches with Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo! Delicious! Drive thru was busy the whole time! We rang the bell! Kind staff & worked as a Team! Close to shopping & gasoline. Convenient to I64 & 119. Minutes away actually! Safe & clean!
It was the first time I've tried Arby's burgers... And I must say the one I tried was delicious... And the presentation of it was good too it looked fresh and the veggies on it were very fresh too... I had the double cheese bacon burger.. cost me about 8 bucks so that's not too bad for such a good burger... Didn't have to wait long on it either... Arby's. They have the meats LOL
Horrible experience our food had hair in it the lady working the front was to worried about stuffing her face with fries and the part of the order that didn’t have hair wasn’t even right

I'm not real big on fast foods. But I hadn't had Arby's in many many years so I was happy to have a roast beef sandwich. Everything was good it's just everything has gotten so expensive and it seems like the meat was a little less than I remember yes still delicious

I have almost no complaints but one day I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the chocolate in it was so overpowering. It tasted like straight chocolate syrup to the point where I could barely drink it.
