My first solo trip was January 3rd 2020. I had always wanted to visit Charleston, WV and for whatever reason, anyways, I drove into town and unpacked at the hotel across town and took an Uber to Bar 101 on a week night. The bar tender that night (I won't name him) went by "A" (pulls off a visor like no one else) and one of the owners were there, they showed me nothing short of love and hospitality. I had such a great experience at this place. The bartender's name is Chris and she is absolutely amazing. She made me a cucumber martini that not only looked beautiful but tasted great. The sushi was absolutely the best. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.
