The food and service is very inconsistent. Whoever answered the phone today should probably be given a different job. I ordered delivery, and it took an hour for my food to arrive, even though I am just a few streets away. My co worker ordered and received hers within a half hour. By the time I received my order, the food was cold. I tried calling several times to speak with a manager but the line was busy for nearly half an hour and I had to go back to work. This is the second time it took an hour to get my cold food….Sadly, I most likely will not order from here again

Hard to find but fun, friendly Lady bartender, quirky atmosphere had some karaoke going on. Good wings and smashburger, chips are tasty seasoned and crunchy. Wish I could have stayed longer

One-of-a-kind hole in the wall bar and grill, or could say hole in the ground, as this place is located beneath an old, historic hotel (now office building). Our server Julie was kind and welcoming, and all the staff we interacted with were beyond pleasant. The food was just average - chicken wrap and chicken quesadillas simply ok to good, but not great. However, we enjoyed our experience overall, and are glad to have stopped by to grab a bite and a beer.

Steak sandwich was pretty good.Wings were way overpriced and small but the hot honey sauce was good. Fries were mediocre

I had not been in the Bears den for 20 years. The place is not changed much. Very interesting decor. Very clean. The food was fantastic. The drinks were excellent. Our server/bartender was great. We definitely will be returning. I am so glad it hasn't changed. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

If your going to do doordash then atleast be able to handle it and treat it with priority. Standing 20 minutes for 1/2 chicken fingers fries and a side salad is unacceptable. Also I unassigned from this order so your customer now has to wiat even longer hurting both you and doordash. You had 7 tables when I left but only 5 when I arrived.

Cool little hidden gem in Charleston. The buffalo chicken sandwich and the steak and cheese were great! Super friendly staff makes it a great spot for a quick bite to eat
