I'm not really sure what's going on with South Ridge but these fast food joints are going downhill very very quickly. The food is garbage the service is absolutely terrible. People just do not care about any more. this Will cause a problem down the road when no one has a job and there's no place to go out and eat. I've been in this industry for a long time and this is the worst that I've seen it ever and places like this one and other fast food around the area is definitely going to go under because of the food markup with no improvement to the food and service is just absolutely gone out the window and they're dirty dirty places too It is hard to know how they pass health inspections to be honest with you and that's without even going back where they cook this is just out in the open it's disgusting I wish these places would do better because they will not last very much longer

At this Burger King you cannot have it your way. If you order sausage you get bacon if you order extra sauce you don’t get any at all. I just don’t understand why this location can’t make your order match the receipt.

Better breakfast than McDonalds. For most of my life I've avoided fast food breakfast as much as possible because all of McDonalds breakfast items are either dry, chewy, or too damn sweet. Today I was out and didn't feel like waiting until 1030 to get food so I figured I'd try Burger King. The croissant buns are actually soft and moist, the sausage wasn't a strangely perfectly round dry puck of questionable meat, and the hash browns were.. actually pretty much about the same, which is fine because those were the closest thing to food on the McD's breakfast menu. No idea about the quality of the eggs, I got the croissanwiches without them because I can't eat them. I'd voluntarily eat BK breakfast again. I hate that I have to give a star rating for service and atmosphere. I went through the drive thru, received food and nobody screwed it up. The AC works in my car. so.. 5 stars for each.

Ordered a bacon whopper, with onion rings and chicken fries, was told to pull ahead as the chicken fries were cooking. I waited over ten minutes sent in my passemger, he came out eith a regularcwhopper and fries, no chicken fries or onion rings, sent him back in he came out with the chicken fries and onion rings. The whopper had no bacon. Sent him back in and they gave him baconin a dish instead of making the correct sandwich. Sent him back in to have them make the correct sandwhich and got an attitude from the staff. Your burger king sucks. Do better.

Ordered a number 1 with cheese,it only had a patty and cheese and ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and got 2 orders of chicken fingers,than went inside to get it straightened out and they were rude and refused to fix the order.

Just skip this place. Rude staff, slow kitchen, and they can't get even the simplest orders right. This place is worse than a gas station bathroom. I ordered two double cheeseburgers. That's it. Nothing weird. I get two double cheeseburgers. Meat, cheese, bread. That's it. No condiments. I waited ten minutes at the window for one of the dryest burgers I've ever eaten. I won't be back. This place should just shut down. Terrible.
