Went through the Drive-thru just to grab a Large coffee (hence the 4-star for Atmosphere rating). There was no one else in line, so wait time was zero. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and friendly. Coffee was hot and tasted great. It was obviously just made. She also got my cream and sweetener ratio correct. Thanks BK for the fast pick-me-up. Next time, maybe I'll try some solid food!

The chicken wraps were awful. 1 piece small chicken, one piece at bottom of lettuce and hard tomatoes. Only 1 out of 3 was warm. Fries not done.

Late evening stop at the McCorkle Ave in Charleston while traveling I77. The order takers were helpful and were very friendly. The Whoppers and mozzarella sticks were great. My wife tried the new Cheesy tater tots and said they were really good!! Good job BK at this location!!

My husband picked me up a chicken fry meal and cheeseburger because I was sick. I looked forward to this all day. How are you guys gonna just be out of your honey mustard sauce? People need condiments to make your food taste good. Bringing me different condiments ruined my meal. Keep your products in stock!!! And the food was stale. What a disappointing waste.
