Sad to say that this was my first time here and it was such a lovely experience! Angela was so friendly and offered as many samples as I needed to make up my mind. I ended with Kettle Corn flavored gelato and it was nothing short of amazing. There's also a beautiful seating area in the back and a deck.. practically perfect in every way!

Wonderful ice cream and sorbet! At the top of a Ridge and a wonderful place to cool down. Mario is an artist in all he does, and it comes through in the fabulous flavors! His staff was super also!

I had a terrible experience at this gelato shop. The lady who works there, Belva- was who was very rude and dismissive towards me. I arrived just half an hour before closing time and she had already put all the gelato away. When I asked her to tell me which flavors they had available, she refused to help and said she couldn’t help me. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. On top of the poor service, Belva’s attitude made me feel unwelcome. Only reason I even know her name is because I asked her her name. It was only my second time visiting the shop, so I didn’t have good knowledge of their flavors. Instead of being helpful and accommodating, she was short and unhelpful. It’s a shame because the environment of the shop is lovely and the owner seemed really nice and welcoming. However the terrible service I received from the server overshadowed and positive aspects of the experience.
