Best bread in town. Most of the loaves are vegan, a couple exceptions with honey or egg, but ingredients are well-marked.
Unfortunately, none of the pastries are vegan. I encourage people to keep asking if they have vegan pastries every time they go.
We have purchased cookies and, of course, bread at several places nearby since moving here to Charleston six months ago.
After our first purchase at Charleston Bread, we finally found the BEST bakery! We love the breads as well as the sweets.

Local bakery offering fresh made bread, cookies, scones, and pasta. I personally love the sourdough, baguette, brioche and challah. They rotate the menu and breads being offered each day. Call the bakery or check social media for the daily menu or current offerings.
