“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “Went to Kanawha city KFC, was greeted by a nice young lady, there was a lady making my food said it would be a small wait on chicken, it was super busy and only the 2 young ladies was working. The wait wasn't that long & the fresh chicken was worth the wait. I appreciate how hard these girls was working, understaffed, yet still friendly and willing to serve fresh hot food. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work“

“Food was fresh out of the fryer. The manager was very nice and had a good handle on making sure they were prepared for the evening. She cares about customer service. She proudly showed me her award for outstanding service to the company. I loved it.“

“On our way Home to Michigan. Spending the night in Charleston WV stopped at Bowlesboys up the creek. Bar none the best BBQ Brisket and Ribs we have ever had, the sides were delicious, portions were big, prices reasonable. What a find can't say enough good things about them.“
