I love everything about this place! Not only are the sweet treats dangerously delicious, they have an awesome selection of ready-to-go salads, wraps, and other healthy lunch snacks! The people are just as wonderful,
Ellen's is fun and great to visit in Charleston, but it isn't my favorite ice cream. I appreciate it is local and the only homemade place in Charleston, but the price is a bit steep.
Really good ice cream, fast and friendly service
The prices are outrageous for the size of what you get and none of it tastes homemade at all. Basic Kroger ice cream often served with a side of attitude.
Delicious ice cream! Wasn't a fan of the super loud music. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
It was nice in there and but kinda crowded cause it was pride today. I had an oreo milkshake and it was bomb!
One of the best ice cream places in all of WV. The flavors are unique and the prices are good for what you get. There are several options and the service is quick.
We tried the Key Lime gelato which I loved as it was Not sickening sweet like many key lime desserts—it was perfect! The raspberry chocolate chip was fantastic too my husband said. Parking could take a minute but we used the pay lot right near the ice cream shop and worth it as was quite inexpensive. Sorry No photos as we just dived in as warm out 🤣.
Staff was friendly and service was efficient. I got a Strawberry Milkshake with malt. It was pretty good.
