Ate there today. Costed $45! I get paying a premium for premium food. There was NOTHING I couldn't have made better at home. The burger was OK at best. The fries were limp, oily, and far too salty. Doesn't mean a thing to put a half pound of fries in the bag of you can't eat them. You've gotten my last dollar.

It was busy today, but the food was as great as always and came out quickly. I thought I wouldn't get a seat, but it worked out fine. Not a complaint but an observation: With the extra fries they put in the bag, I usually can't eat them all, but this time, I did. Was it me...or them...?

We really needed a great tasting bag of those fries. Wow, how good!
I love Five Guys because their burgers are consistent. They're always a nicely browned well- done burger but not today. They were busy and only cooked them about half the time they normally do. Totally changes the taste of the burger. And the fries were like pouring a salt shaker in your mouth. I even took a fry and tried to clean off all the salt, didn't help at all. It's like the grease has salt in it. I dunno. Penn station and steak escape have much much better fries. Maybe it was just an off day but I couldn't eat my food.

We come here when we go to Charleston and it’s always good except today. Usually they are friendly when you come in, not today, considering one girl was working we was given cold food that had been sitting for who knows how long. It by no means was fresh. Fries cold and hard and burger like warm at best and not eatable. I called them and when I told them the problem they by no means would fix it and when I asked for the the persons name I was speaking with he simply hung up on me. Is that the way your company works? To hang up on a paying customer? Won’t recommend and won’t be back
