Last night, never received ordered appetizer. Took over 40 minutes to receive meals with 3 maybe 4 tables filled in restaurant. I asked the server about my sandy scallops and was told, they don't rinse their grilled scallops because they come in sause. When I was leaving. Same lady, the one that always shares she has heart problems ( and shared again last night), announced to me as i was leaving - That's why we suggest the fried scallops. So they know they serve sandy grilled scallops. Btw since it will be our last visit we paid 15 dollar tip on a 57.xx dollar bill.

Terrible service, waitress forgot about us, ordered steak and shrimp was told they had no steak. Since I ordered something I truly did not want red snapper which came out blackened, i dont mind cajun or blackened bit the fish did not have a good flavor. Then i heard the waitress tell another table that they just got a box of sreaks, instead of asking me if I wanted my original order she just went on. People came in after us and were served while we waited. Use to enjoy coming here, won't be back. Waitress then came out after we left wanting to know why we did not tip her.

If my husband wanted over cooked over priced tasteless food … I would have cooked for him. Will never be back. The whole experience was comparable to a root canal Very sad. Please think twice before going there ?

Interior was unique, the decor wasn't overkill nor was it underwhelming, a nice blend. The food was great, especially considering how fast it was served to us, assuming none of it was prepped. If you ever come here, I recommend trying the Big Fish Sandwich.

I most always give 4-5 stars if I rate a place, but this bound to be the worst seafood restaurant I've ever been to. I had oysters 25bucks... I don't mind the price at all if the food is good, but the oysters were tiny and burnt to a crisp, when they brought them out to the table I couldn't believe it. Looked like a kids plate, had it not been for eating some of my friends fish I would have left hungry. Flys everywhere, it was so bad I really thought about going to the Dollar General to buy a fly swatter, and that's no exaggeration. My first and last time here....

Eh I was disappointed and that's hard to do with seafood in Charleston since the only good place in in capital market.
Great food & our server (Tabitha) was fantastic! Fried oysters were awesome. Kudos to the cook for the excellent preparation of our entrées!

Does not honor coupons as other have mentioned. Getting past that the food is pretty good. The atmosphere is beach house and sort of kitschy but in a good way. The coupon thing is troubling though because they know this up front as others have mentioned prior to this but they don't post anything about it on the door so they wait until you pay. Have eaten here before but likely won't be coming back. When something isn't right I won't support it.

Loved this place. The food was great and Tabbi the waitress was awesome. The atmosphere was rustic and you can eat outside by the river. Will definitely go back.
