I always try to get a Tudor’s biscuit when I visit WV but the past couple of trips the biscuits were really kind of a disappointment. Dry, hard biscuits-like they weren’t fresh at all.

Cooks here don't know how to cook biscuits half done not even brown. Tudors is famous for their biscuits??? I don't think so!!! KFC even has better biscuits than this place!!!

Edited to update: After speaking to corporate I was refunded without asking and had a lovely conversation. Happy to know they care! Also wanted to add that the gentlemen that were working the drive thru window were super nice and I could tell were doing the best they could at the time.

This is inedible food served in a filthy location. There is so much grease the box is deteriorating and everything was smothered in so much cheese it was half cooked. So gross. It was served to me like they'd been throwing it around. Never again! Service is so slow here and the place smells like cigarettes. This place shouldn't be open.

Placed a pickup order, which included a pizza bread with pepperoni and green olives. Received a pizza bread with no green olives, but only one green pepper and on bread so hard, your teeth would be broken with the first bite, and teaspoon full of sauce. Included with that order was garlic breadsticks, there is absolutely no garlic or cheese on them and are also hard as a rock. We also asked for extra marina sauce, which we did not receive. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from here again because we wasted our money on this order.

The moto for this location should be “If there’s a way that we can mess up your order, we will make it happen!” I once ordered a bologna biscuit from this tudors location and received a slice of fried bologna in a paper sleeve. My wife just ordered an Italian pubwich without mayo and I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch pubwich. Not only did my wife’s pubwich come slathered with mayo but I guess they ran out of ranch because so did mine (chicken, bacon, RANCH pubwich).

Somehow, they always find a way to ruin Friday Night pizza. Order it ASAP, show up in 15-20 mins when it should be ready. Sorry can you wait for an unknown period of time while we don't do anything? Think I will order ahead with a set pickup time. They obviously made the pizza an hour beforehand and left it sitting for the entire 2 hours. Done with this place, sad the East End Gino's is gone. Avoid this place.
