Great food but terrible customer service. My biggest complaint is that they aren't open during their advertised hours. I have physically driven to the restaurant twice in the past month, during their advertised hours of operation, only to find them closed. I attempted to order through Charleston2go today and after I paid, I was informed it would be more than two hours before it would be delivered. When I called to ask why, they said they were closed (even though according to the website they were open) and waiting for the owner to return before my order could be satisfied. When I told them to cancel my order, I was told I had to go through Charleston2go to cancel without as much as a sorry. The food is amazing, when you can actually get it, but after the last month of trying to eat here on three different occasions and finding them closed every time, I unfortunately won't be returning or attempting to support their local business anymore.

Grano’s usta to be great; it has gone way downhill. We will never go back: the food is terrible. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer that we ordered with our drinks. Dinner was served mostly cold. When we asked to talk with the manager, our server told us that the manager doesn’t speak English. Before we left, the manager came out and greeted another patron...in English. The first 2 pics are what they served us today. The others are from before the original owners sold the restaurant. We usta to take friends and family there a lot.

Food is good, or it could be good ... but worst service i0ve ever had. the dishes took forever, they served me pasta alone becuase "there are no mushrooms" . So tell me before serving me just pasta! I requested to add shrimps , then again it took forever and they were half raw. Just terrible
