Walked in on a busy day where a sign says seat yourself, and we will be with you shortly. Didn't anyone bring a menu to me for 12 minutes. When I finally brought it to their attention that no one has spoken to me at all, instead of an apology, I was given a. Attitude. I already knew my order, and instead of continuing the conversation, she walked away. I waited two minture for her to return and decided I was out of time on my short lunch break and just left.

Food is not terrible but they do not have all the things on the menu. Specials change daily and are quite sporadic. Took half an hour to recieve food then another half hour after eating for the check. Portions are small. Won’t be going back.

When someone asks if they can get fries instead of chips, you should tell them it’s a $2 up charge. Ridiculous.

Cozy classic place that serves up burgers, dogs, and clubs along with all the fixing. Home-made cakes, pies and hand scooped ice cream. This is a feel good throwback kind of place and we could use more places like this.
My husband and I had lunch there after church yesterday. I ordered a Big Bopper no lettuce or tomato, my husband ordered a chef salad French dressing. Our meal was delivered, I looked at my hamburger and it had bacon on it, not what I ordered, our waitress was making milkshakes, another waitress came by, I told her I had the wrong burger, she looked at I guess an electronic ordering device. Told me I had ordered a BB King, I said I didn't, but if she could get me onions and pickles it would be fine. While she was getting those my husband took a bite of his salad and just about gagged. Something is wrong with this dressing, I tasted it and it definitely was not French. I told the waitress she said it is French you'll just have to tell your server. Our waitress came and we told her something was wrong with the dressing. Immediately she said she would get another salad and more dressing, she realized then he had been given in error buffalo wing sauce, she apologized, everything was fine. When we went to check out the rude waitress was at the register, my husband who retired from the military asked if they did military discount she never answered just huffed and told him the amount. I have eaten there several times and have been happy, I know he will never go back. A few others from our church were there bi messaged today to see how their lunch was. they had the same rudeness from the same waitress

Nice concept, interesting menu, lousy service. Placed an online order, arrived 10 minutes early, waited at counter while a woman mopped the floor, went to the kitchen, came back out, served a guy some ice cream and finally asked me if I had placed an order. She handled me a bag that was sitting there the whole time. Food was okay, but grilled Ruben was barely toasted, burger was room temperature, desserts looked delicious. Do not recommend carryout from this restaurant.
