We are interested in healthy food without oil, we don't eat meat, dairy, fried food, or seafood. We asked Evan to fix us a special vegan roll, not sure if he was up to the challenge. Boy, did he impress! He made two rolls: one w slow cooked mushrooms (not pictured) and also nigiri w roasted yellow peppers (not pictured). It was outstanding!
