“This place is excellent. Other restaurants keep downsizing their portions and quality, but Sarku absolutely does not. Unless I'm super hungry, this is always two meals in one. They have lots of options besides chicken like beef and shrimp so you can mix and match meat types. This is the only reason to ever go to the Charleston mall.“

The salad is absolutely divine and the entrees are delicious! Portion size is large, I always left full, many times with leftovers. “Visited you today, husband's steak was so good. My teriyaki chicken was not tender and was very dry. As I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten, I ask our server about my options and was told I could order anything on the right side of the menu. But she didn't explain there would be no sauce whatsoever on it. And not to use the soy sauce in front of me. I do not recommend this restaurant if you cannot eat gluten. I do appreciate they comped my meal at least. But it is so sad not to be able to eat good flavorful food without any gluten in it.“
