“We were on the hunt for flavor this evening and certainly found that at East Flavor. We were particularly in the mood for some good Thai food which made searching the monstrous menu here less daunting. The restaurant itself has a warm, cozy feel; although, it still has remnants of the old Italian paintings hanging so it feels a little off with the latest venue. We started with the assorted tempura which was very good. I'd like a little more zing in the dip tho- maybe some ginger? For entrees my husband chose The King and I, and I have to say this was the standout dish. It was so flavorful with the perfect amount of spice and heat. We both loved it. I chose the drunken beef noodles and this was also very good. This is more of a comfort dish and loses a little luster when eating other spicy foods but as a dish on its own it's very good and I would get it again. I'm happy we stopped in here and definitely recommend it!“
“So far this place is really nice. Very comfortable it is set up for more outgoing but there is some seating. The prices is really good, I got two sushi rolls for $11. The people are very friendly... I'm about to try the food getting sushi and I will follow up in just a moment. But so far five out of five. The sushi is good but it's a little different than I'm used to but for the price you'll be very happy.“
“My fiancé and I have been regulars here ever since we found out about this place a couple months ago. By far the best sushi and ramen place in the tri-state area!!! I was missing good sushi like back home in California but this place does the trick for me!I always get the Super Dragon Roll. The crunch from the tempura and the soft, yummy gooeyness from the avocado and cream cheese, mixed with the eel sauce is heavenly! My second favorite is the Spicy Girl Roll. You can't go wrong with spicy tuna. My fiancé always gets the Tonkatsu Ramen with pork. The broth is well seasoned and the noodles are a good consistency - not too soft, not too hard. The Shumai was okay. Our was a bit on the soggier side. I've had better ones at dim sum restaurants, but it was still tasty! It's served with a vinegar-based sauce.“
“I had the spicy teriyaki chicken and my grandmother had the fried chicken thing with a weird name. Absolutely wonderful. I'm weird about chicken in a restaurant because of being undercooked. The lady that cooked my food did WONDERFUL and I didn't say anything, I wanted to see how my experience would be without any special requests or hinting that I would leave a review. If you like Chinese style food in a chipotle style eating arrangement, you have to try this place. Seriously good food and great staff. Also, it was $21 for two people. I didn't get drinks because I couldn't carry them on my electric scooter. I couldn't eat all my food in one sitting. Perfect for lunch the next day, storing it in the container it comes in. Very reasonable pricing.“
“Wife wanted sushi after our son was born, and we absolutely loved it, bought four rolls and General tsos, the General Tsos was as it should be, spicy, and it was delicious. Highly recommended. And it's literally prime location, right outside the window of labor and delivery ?Parking: Parking was easy to get into, despite the roadwork.“
