We went to kfc to get some lunch to go today, we were served by Danielle who was the only person, aside from the cook, working both the front and the drive thru. And the only one packing and serving orders. She was so kind and positive under the stressful circumstances of doing all these things alone. Good food, as always. But the excellent service is what really stuck with me today.
Service quality has been declining at this location. Orders are consistently incorrect. I think it may be a management issue more than an issue with employees. However, I think listening skills need to be addressed and worked on by all members of the staff including management.

The Only KFC I've ate at and not got sick and threw up the next morning LOL I gave up KFC but mom talked me into trying it again and had it here and it was so good and fully cooked ! Enjoyed it ☺️ I've ate here 3 times now and all was well lol
