They still owe me a meal!!Dietary restrictions: I didn't get what I ordered and they said they would send a coupon! I was disappointed until that didn't even show! I know call the K F OFF as that's how I was treated. Didn't mean to be touchy but my wife won't let me go there now and I love the place. Do better guys OK?
I would absolutely rate a 0 if I could. Original chicken is so hard way overcooked and when my husband complained the manager brought out an equivalent piece and said this is crispy. Drive thru wait unacceptable. Mashed potatoes only had enough for 1 person. Last time I will ever visit this location

I placed an order via yelp and received my email confirmation at 12:28 pm stating a 20-40 minute wait time for an ASAP order. I waited for 40 minutes without any response from the restaurant. I attempted to call to check on the status and the telephone was not answered. I decided to drive to pick up my order with only the email confirmation that it had been placed. When I arrived my order had not even been acknowledged by the restaurant and therefore was not ready. When I arrived the restaurant was not busy. The corn I received was hot but old, kind of dried out and hard. The chicken and coleslaw are about the only redeeming qualities.Next time I will forget about ordering online as it definitely does NOT save time, at least at this location, and just stick with the chicken and coleslaw the only edible things from this location.

The food was trash. I ordered a 3pc chicken tender and two of them were under cooked ?. Before I left drive thru as ALWAYS, I at least wanted to make sure my order was right and upon attempting to do so, a nasty foul angry bird of an employee;Danielle come to think of it she may be a shift mgr or mgr (God forbid) but anyways she opens up her window very rudely with an RBF scowl and says you're gonna have to move! When you sit in my drive thru, you slow down my time. Mind you there was only one other vehicle, a truck and he just pulled up to begin to order as she placed the bag into my hand. Either way it goes, unsafe, under cooked food being served at the detriment of customers, all to save on time so she can look good with her superiors and hope to get a bonus at the end of the year. Great job KFC!! Great job RBF Danielle!!!
