Husband went in around 12 35pm for two Hot and Ready pizzas. After waiting 25 minutes and seeing about 25 others going in and coming back out with their pizzas I went in to see what the hold up was to find out the girl had put our pizzas beside the registers without even saying anything to my husband. Very very poor customer service and have contacted corporate office about it. ??

Walked right in and a kind young gentleman greeted me & took my order! So cool to see the entire staff smiling and being fun! A refreshing change to see in our world right now! Hot & Ready! Drove 10 min to feed our staff and it was still hot!! Delicious and excellent price point to share with others! Close to interstate ramps and gasoline. Safe area and well lit! The Open sign needs to be brighter! Don’t want y’all to lose business!

I placed an order for two pizzas and cheese bread this evening at 5:27 pm. The pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:50 and went through the drive-thru. I was told that they were still waiting on my cheese sticks and to pull out front and they would bring the pizza out. Fast forward to 6:05 and I go into the store. I ask about my order and the young gentleman at the registers says it has been done but didn’t know he was supposed to bring it out. He was standing right there when the woman told me. I asked for a bag to put my dipping sauce and he throws a bag down on the counter. I get home and the pizza dough hasn’t even been cooked all the way and the one pizza had so much cheese the dough would have never been able to cook. I have tried to call the store and no one will answer. I will follow up with corporate. For hot and ready pizza to take almost an hour?!?!
Out of all the ones I have been too from Ohio too charelston this is the best one out of the bunch working hard and having things ready as soon ad they can ! Great people and good service love this one more than the rest!

Went there a few days ago ordered a hot an ready pepperoni pizza got home it was a cheese pizza took it back manager claimed that pizza didn't come from this store. I had just went thru drive thru 15 minutes before that.then when I argued with him he said no pizza then I had the transaction on my debit card. Wow never seen nothing like that in my life

The general manger is terrible at his job, he is never there and when he is. He is very rude to customers as well as his staff. Everytime I go in there I wait over 45 minutes for a damn pizza hot and ready at that. This place needs help & a better general manager period!

I will never waste my time going to that location ever again. This restaurant has to be the worst ever. I walked in and noticed the menu on the wall wasn’t working, so while I tried to figure out what they have one of the girls working looked at me and said. I can’t here you very sarcastically. The problem is she never asked me what I wanted. Never said anything. Not hello, welcome or can I help you! The restaurant smelled of marijuana terribly. Please for your health and safety don’t visit that place…..
