Ordered food yesterday for daughter who had to be at work. Order was wrong. Reported to mgr. She said don’t worry we’ll take care of it. Bring your receipt in and we’ll make it right. When I got to the store, the person on duty said the manager only wrote down one part of the order, but both items were wrong and they wouldn’t replace the marinara because she said there was nothing wrong with it. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAIT TIME.
THEY ARE LYING SAYING PIZZAS WILL TAKE 5-8 MINUTES AND IT TURNS INTO 40 MINUTES AND STILL NO APOLOGY OR BETTER YET..FOOD!!! MY TODDLER WAS SCREAMING FROM BEING HUNGRY AND AT SCHOOL ALL DAY..THEY ARE USING OTHER PEOPLES NAME ON REGISTERS..
