Front lady was the only bright spot of this place. We got loaded potato skins for an appetizer but when it was brought out the cheese on them was just the slightest bit melted so mostly just cool shredded cheese. Weren’t given any silverware until we asked. Then when it was brought out one set wasn’t even clean and they replaced those with yet another set that weren’t clean. The staff were loud and obnoxious gossiping on and on. The food we got only the fries were good. The noodles in the steak Alfredo were overcooked. The meat in the burger was overcooked and burnt some. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes.

It's the typical Roadhouse steak house. We were traveling and it was getting late. But product recognition and beef was what e were looking for. I made a mistake ( happy one ) and ordered the sliders. They were done the way I ordered and it was plenty for me to eat and still have a to go box! The big guy ordered a burger and devoured it. Was anything to write home about, not really, but it filled out needs ( and bellies ).

I picked up my buddy and his wife at the airport then we went to Log's Roadhouse for a nice dinner. It was pretty good.

Lunch took 1.5 hours to come out and it was just chicken fingers which were quite mediocre. Food was warm not hot and there no refills to be had.

We waited an hour after we ordered and then I asked our waitress, who really didn’t wanna be there, if it was close to ready.., and she says , “um well they kinda had altercation in the kitchen and a couple people just got fired and it put a pause on everything…” When our food finally arrived our steaks were like hockey pucks/ charcoal. Mine was cold like it had sat there for a while .. maybe it was put on pause .. the restaurant was really gross and smelled like dirty mop water. Gross all around

WOW! One of the most phenomenal excellent meals we Beauchamps have seen and tasted in a long loooonnnng time. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection!!! And our waiter Kris made it all the better, He was the perfect waiter! Thank you, Kris, with a K :))) we talked about how good the service and the food was the whole time we were there, and all the way home. I can't remember the last time we had such an meal! If ever! 15 thousand stars!!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if allowed. My husband, parents and I went out to dinner here last night around 6. We waited 30 minutes until I finally got the hostesses attention to get our drinks. My dad has Alzheimer’s and dementia and I have MS and this was confusing my father and the chairs were making me so numb I fell when I got up. Once we finally got our drinks and ordered food, we continued to wait until after 7:15 until we flagged someone else down and asked for our food to go because we were done waiting. Very shortly after we asked for our food to go they brought our food out on plates and we had to pack to go. When we got back to where we were staying 10 minutes away and started eating 90% of the food was absolutely horrible, we either threw it away or fed it to The DOG!! We were 5 hours away from home and just wanted to go out to dinner as a family and this was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this location.
