Canned green beans?!Ordered steak medium well. It was so tough and dry, I couldn't eat it.No balsamic dressing with my order.I ate at this particular location a few years back while traveling for work and remember it being much better quality--which is why I decided on it tonight while traveling again.

Second time that I’ve attempted to visit here. I’m in the area often. Both times I could t get a table. It’s not that they were busy or full, it’s they have no host or anybody that that gives a damn. A waitress walked by me twice today with no acknowledgment so I ended up at the Texas Roadhouse in the same shopping plaza.They just simply don’t give a damn period.

Me and my fiance went and sat down we ordered had a very good waitress, but our food took way too long so i asked for it to go . We get our food take it home and i am missing my sides and are steaks werent cooked right at all !

Hadn’t been here in so I long I don’t remember if I’ve ever been. Went in for a lunch at about 12:30. Had to wait approximately 30 mins to be seated. Table was sticky bc they need refinished. Kinda gross and made me feel like it was dirty. Asked her to wipe it and the rag just stuck to the table. Ordered my 6oz sirloin steak medium. Cooked perfectly and was good steak. Baked sweet potato and Mac and cheese was good as well. Aside from the table I’ll be back and hope to be seated at a better non sticky table.

We were seated in the bar area, it was a little later in the evening so this was not a problem for us. The bartender served us and he was very prompt and personable. The food was awesome just like always!!
Showed up an hour before our party to ensure we'd be seated. Had 9 people told it would be about an hour, totally fine. Went in a little before the hour mark and was told it would be another hour there was no room for large parties. Absolutely ridiculous, needless to say we left after an hour and a half because they kept taking small parties back instead of combining tables.. won't be going back.
Was there forever and they wasn’t that busy our appetizers came out with our food and over 1/2 of it was not ready when they brought it had to bring the rest out in different plates. We never got any rolls and our stakes were over cooked and dry and never seen our server back until we asked for the check for the check and had to go up front to pay took 10 minutes to pay for our horrible food.
Not really a fan of Logan's steakhouse. We were visiting from out of town. Food was mediocre at best. Food was warm, not hot. Server was great!!!! For us, it was a one and done.

HORRIBLE RUN FAR FAST.Came here for dinner, wondered why the parking lot was empty.Found out quickly when seated. The restaurant was literally empty and was the most filthy and dirty restaurant we have ever seen.We were seated, given menus and they were gross. We got up and left and waited 30 minutes for a great meal at Longhorn Steakhouse.Your brave if you order food here. Honestly shocked the health department has not shut this place down.Will post the pics when I separated them from my Camara roll.

I just spent 45 minutes waiting on a pickup order that’d been placed over an hour before I arrived only to be told they didn’t have my order and wouldn’t be able to make it. Not the first time I’ve been burned by Logan’s but it will be my last. Never again, not here or anywhere else.

Went here last weekend as a date night with my husband and my husband ordered the wood fired salmon and it had no seasoning except the creamed spinach on top. I ordered the wood fire grilled chicken and it tasted like a plain chicken bread thrower on the grill with no seasoning and it was terribly undercooked. When I mentioned this to the waitress at the bar where we sit she simply ignored us. We asked for rolls from her and another gentleman who seemed liked he was geeked out of his mind and was told twice that they were busy, when they were not busy. They had 4 tables and us two sitting at the bar for the hateful bartender and the geeker to attend to. I would hardly say they were busy. We used to go here weekly but will take our business to Texas roadhouse next door because they don't act like this. Bye logans.
