Terrible in store experience. Completely unresponsive to customer concerns. Don't waste your time with them! Go to a local place, not this unresponsive chain.
Ordered calzones online for ASAP delivery, website took my order and charged my card. Got an email confirmation about my order and delivery time. It never came. Called the store, got the automated "we're closed" message. Now I'm out my money and still hungry
EDIT: Turns out, Marco's has no option to handle this problem other than linking you to their "Customer Contact Center," or whatever they call it, which then requires you to choose the store that caused the problem,...read full review
