Food was really good, ample portion sizes. Service was very friendly and quick. It actually wasn't too busy at dinner on a Saturday, which was nice. Would definitely returnVegetarian options: They had great salads and some sides that would be vegetarian friendlyKid-friendliness: There were families with kids there and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Kids would probably love their chicken tenders tooParking: Lot is around the building, very close and decent number of spotsWheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is accessible seating too

I Ordered the seafood combo platter, my baked potato actually looked like someone had already eaten it,it was absolutely empty and hard as a rock, the waitress never came back to our table to check on us and my water had a strange taste,I have eaten at several O`Charleys and have never had a complaint but this one is a disgrace to their chain!! Maybe if they could get their people out of the back or wherever they disappear to they might have better service!! Totally don't wast your money!!!!!!

Steak was small and over cooked. Tenders were flavorless. Part of the order didn't

We both ordered same meal. Plates were HUGE & full. The Southern Seafood Platter had battered shrimp, cod & deviled crab. Also had fries, slaw, w/tarter & cocktail sauces. Food was okay, but fish was about like a huge order of something @ a typical fast fish place. Slaw had very little dressing on it. Again, okay, but JUST okay. Fries were very hot (which was appreciated, since fries are often warm or cold @ lots of restaurants) & tasty. Cod was hot, too, but crab was lukewarm. Shrimp a bit warmer. I'm home now, hours later, & I still feel stuffed, only ate maybe half the slaw & half the fries. There was some bread, but it was a sort of sweet flatbread, Again, nothing special. We didn't even bring home what was left. If you want good seafood, I'd recommend going across the highway to the Red Lobster.Waitress was sweet & helpful. The place wasn't busy, so if you'd like to eat AWAY from a crowd, I guess this place might be for you.

First time eating their food today. Ordered through doordash and went with the Good ol Fish & Chips. The batter was nicely seasoned but it was soggy and the coleslaw was starting to wilt and was bland. Not impressed at all. Definitely not worth the price I paid especially to have it delivered.

Super dirty place. The tables, the floors, the silverware, the bathrooms all nasty. Our waitress didn’t want to be there. The food is mediocre. I would not recommend this location.

Slow service but can understand that. What i could not understand is potato soup the literally had an odor if charred some that smelled like grill cleaner and tasted soo horrible. Rolls flat not risen yet still served and when i politely told the waitress she didn’t seem to care about the soup. Will not be going back. Huge waste of money

My son and I went there for first time today has a treat to eat the food there is very disappointing. Took almost hour to get food when we got it was dried out guess from setting under heat lamp, steak was over cooked. The people beside of us got served half frozen sour cream

Ordered online waited 15 minutes at counter before being helped while the manager was sitting at a table beside me doing an interview and never offered to help me or ask someone to. Never again! Look at their reviews and you’ll see others agree.

My wife tried calling in to order soup. No one answered for 15 minutes. Finally someone answered but then put her back on hold. She ended up placing the order online, meanwhile still not answering the phone. She shows up to see a group of employees sitting around doing nothing. Poor management, poor customer service. On top of that, the soup was nasty. Can not not recommend this place enough!

Had the best dining experience a couple nights ago at O'Charley's, thanks to a phenomenal server named 'VJ'!This young man was a General Manager's dream employee. Polite and well spoken, but down to earth with a sense of humor. His timing was spot on from the first greeting, to excellent table check backs, even waiting upon food delivery to make sure the steak was cooked right (it was cooked to perfection) all the way to bringing the check just as we were finishing, and prompt collection of payment (which is where so many servers fail by leaving patrons waiting too long when they're ready to pay and get out the door). If I ever open a restaurant, I will definitely be seeking this kid to be my server trainer! I hope management (who visited our table a few times, and was also fantastic by the way, but I didn't get his name!) knows the gem they have in this one!The food here is consistently good and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. One of our favorite places for sure!

My moms fries had a black hair in them and her chicken on her chicken bacon ranch sandwich was cold. The waitress was nice and helpful but seemed like she was having a bad day.

My daughter and I love to eat at OCharley’s. Sunday evening we had the best waiter ( John B) . At the 70 RhL Blvd. Charleston WV. We travel from out of town and he brought me the Best cup of coffee. I got the Louisiana sirloin, my favorite thing. My daughter got the steak and chicken. Thanks so much for an awesome dinner. We always have a pleasant experience each time we visit. No matter the town. Thanks again! Melissa

Sloooooow service and lukewarm food that sat under a heat lamp too long. I've never even had french fries this old from a fast food place. The hostess said 20 minutes but our server didn't approach our table until 42 minutes after we walked in. The server holds our drinks where our mouth goes and my husband prefers not to use a straw.
