First when we opened our silverware there were ants in them. Then my husband ordered surf and turf and ordered his steak medium well it came out rare. My daughter ordered the shrimp pasta and the Alfredo was so runny and had a bad taste to it. And I also ordered a loaded baked potato with my meal and I never got it. Only think good was the biscuits and the sweet tea.
I want to give a shout out to Reb Lobster in Charleston.The food was so good but honestly the best part was the waitor Skyler(hope I spelled that right)This waitor was honestly the best I've ever had any where! Asked for our names and always called us by them while serving us.We never ran out of bisquits,drinks,etc and it was so nice having a waitor that interacted with the customers on this level!

In one instance, a group celebrating a birthday received excellent service from Caitlyn, who ensured everyone felt special, even singing to the birthday child. The overall experience for families has been positive, with staff treating kids with respect and offering them choices, making the visit enjoyable for everyone. However, the bill for five people reached $250, which led some to feel the pricing was high given the mixed experience.
