Host sat us in a corner with plenty of open seats, seemed like we are an after thought to other tables. Chips were old, queso was cold and harden up really quick. Food came out noticeably burnt, there was about 10 percent that was not burnt. All the vegetables that came with my food were also burnt. The only thing that was somewhat cool is that the waitress was able to remember the whole order without pen and paper, always think that is pretty cool. But for the most part, bad enough dinner that leaves me to the point that I won’t be back

Best Mexican restaurant I've been too. It is the cleanest first of all of any I've been in. The service is fast and the food is delicious. But what really sold me to write a review was when I wasn't feeling well I ordered their soup...and I'm telling you, if you're a soup person it is a must! I love it, not some microwaved bowl of cheese like you'd get anywhere else, delicious fresh ingredients!

I’m not from Charleston. I was only here for a work appointment.I went shopping at the target next-door to Rocco‘s Mexican restaurant and asked the guy in the electronics department. Could you recommend something to eat preferably Mexican. He recommended Rocco’s.. I’m sitting at the bar having lunch and I am in heaven the margarita and the fajitas that I ordered are absolutely divine. Fantastic ambience. Very affordable… highly recommenced!!!

Rocas is one of my go-to spots when I’m craving Mexican food, and the quality never disappoints. The chips, like in the picture, are always fresh, crispy, and served warm, making them the perfect start to any meal. Their beef enchiladas and refried beans are the bomb: full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and consistently satisfying.
The only hiccup I’ve experienced is that in the two times I’ve been to Rocas, my order hasn’t been quite right at first. That said, the staff is always quick to fix it once I let them know, and they do so with a friendly attitude. It’s clear they care about making things right, which keeps the experience positive even when mistakes happen.
Overall, Rocas is worth coming back to again and again. The food is flavorful and well-prepared, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service, while not perfect, is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you leave happy. For me, that makes it easy to overlook the occasional mix-up and enjoy the delicious meal that follows.
