If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I were traveling on our way home from vacation. We were stopping 1/2 way to rest and refuel. Despite a few negative reviews we decided to give Sergio’s a shot. First red flag, no one answered the phone # listed on their website and it was a generic message. So I decided to make an online order. We made the order, paid for the order, it showed received and a pickup time. We got there and the employee working said they didn’t have our food , nor would he make it, and online ordering should’ve been turned off. So we left without any food and they didn’t refund us. This was the WORST restaurant experience we’ve ever experienced while traveling. Don’t waste your time or money. I have tried to call numerous times to both locations listed on their website with zero response.

We had a nice lunch today but what made it extra special was the service. We were greeted upon arrival and Ashton did a wonderful job as our server. She was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was very good but I'd come back for the service. Prices were very reasonable and quantities good. The peach tea was excellent.

Waited 45 minutes for a cold chicken Caesar salad. Friend waited over an hour for a Chicken Parm. Would not recommend visiting during lunch rush.

The A/C is never working, making it uncomfortable to dine in. Food has recently declined in quality. The service by waitress was good.

Good food but very noisy and warm. Noise is from equipment, so I don't know how that can be rectified. Excellent service but warm white wine, yuck.

The food was genuinely delicious — classic Italian flavors done right, and the atmosphere had a cozy, family-run charm that made the experience feel authentic. That said, the dining room was extremely humid due to no A/C, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Also, there was a mechanical lift or forklift moving through the space several times during our meal, which was a little distracting. Still, the staff was kind, and the quality of the food made it worth it. We left before the main course it was so hot. A few small adjustments could make this place truly great!

Don’t waste your money. Our waitress was great, but it’s not her fault our food is awful.

Sergio is awesome!! Ive tried both locations with different items. Food is always good, although I prefer the Hurricane location because they are more generous with the seasoning. Both locations have always been clean. This place is great love coming here for lunch.

UPDATE: they got my order wrong today as well. This is the second time they didn’t put the gnocchi I ordered. Instead they put spaghetti. When I told them they said they didn’t have gnocchi. Again they seemed to have an attitude. Food was cold and subpar. Eggplant was half raw. I will not be back. The food has potential but not enough care.

Seemed to have an attitude when I approached. Got my order wrong and no one answered the call phone when I tried to call to get it fixed. This place has good food but I’m turned of at the horrible service they have.
