This was our first time at Sergio’s and we had a wonderful experience. The food was great and our server Susan was so kind and attentive. We will be back to try other selections on the menu!

Wonderful food! (Maybe even better than the hurricane location). Susan, our waitress, was wonderful as well. All around great spot.

This place has a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Everything was very inviting and relaxed. Kenzie was the server and she did an absolute phenomenal job. Very likable and fun, yet professional. The food was served quickly and zero mistakes. Next time you go, ask for Kenzie.

Ate at the Charleston location today. Food was as expected delicious. Sad that the seafood gnocchi is no longer on the menu it was Keith’s favorite, our server was busy and forgot a couple things but she was attentive and pleasant even as busy as she was she went and had the cook make the gnocchi just for keith . As always if you haven’t tried Sergio’s Italian or Guadalajara check them out .

Doesn't take harassment seriously do not eat here.

Been twice now, the first time was great and the second not so much. The second time we went, the salad dressings and Alfredo sauce were basically water. The Alfredo also had no flavor. The Caesar dressing tasted more like Italian. I had the steak tortellini in the flavorless Alfredo sauce, also wasn’t asked how I wanted my steak cooked. One of the more frustrating things that happened both times, the salads, appetizer, and entrees were brought out at the exact same time. We wanted to sit down and have a nice spread out dinner, but that doesn’t seem to be possible here. Also, it was so smoky in the restaurant that the fire alarm went off. Will not be returning.

My husband and I had dinner at Sergio's this evening and the food was nothing short of amazing. He got the Neopolitan - linguine with chicken, meatballs, pepperoni, and Italian sausage with a rosa sauce - and I had their balsamic glazed Mac n cheese from the Mac n Cheese cook off last weekend.

My only disappointment was they didn't have the Mistletoe Mojito that was advertised on their FB page. That's only available in Hurricane. Hopefully it makes it ways to Charleston soon.

Our server, Cliff B, was a delight! His personality and humor made our dinner that much more enjoyable.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. Everything we ordered came out quickly and was served hot.

Entrees ordered: meat lasagna, beef ravioli, Fettuccini Alfredo, Philly cheesesteak, and the Italian Sausage with Pomodoro.

Meat lasagna - huge portion size at the price point. Our ten year old granddaughter said it tasted great and she barely made a dent in it, ample food for her to enjoy later at dinner time.

Beef ravioli - tasted decent and very filling.

Fettuccini Alfredo - another filling tasty meal. Our other ten year old granddaughter chose to not get it with a meat, there’s a few options and every option didn’t add much to the overall cost.

Philly cheesesteak (ordered w/o mayo) - our daughter annihilated it, good and filling.

Italian sausage with pomodoro - flavorful sausage, but we wished it came with 2-3x more sauce.

Sergio’s did an awesome thing for Veterans Day, free meal for vets with probably the least restrictions I’ve ever seen (server said steaks and such were not available for the free meal). I was able to get the beef ravioli (a 22$ item) for free.

One minor gripe - the server barely pretended to glance at my retired military ID when I tried to show it to get the entree for free. I only mention this because the restaurant owner was awesome in giving free meals to vets and the server should respect the owner properly by ensuring that only the intended recipients get the free meal the restaurant owner offered for vets.

The food was awesome and the staff was great. It was very cold in the restaurant so it gets a 4 for Atmosphere. Also vent in bathroom was really dirty.

This is a great place to dine in Charleston. Prices were not bad for the type of food. It was refreshing to find authentic Italian food at a reasonable price. Atmosphere was wonderful

Sergio's restaurant has the potential to be one of the best in the valley, although the meat lacks flavor and the surcharge is excessively priced.
