We had garlic nan, Coconut soup, fish pakora and paneer tika marsala entree. The food was spot on. The flavors of everything were so good.

Food was excellent. Plenty of Vegan options, the aloo gobi (potato and cauliflower) was one of the best I’ve had. Medium spice level is actually medium spice level. Plenty of to go orders getting picked up and a decent amount of people in the restaurant so they stay busy. Friendly outgoing staff, they checked in on me a few times during my meal.

Most underrated Indian family-owned restaurant. FANTASTIC food. Clean and great place to get catering too. You will not regret it!

Disappointed, tried multiple times. Strong vinegar taste and min. spices compared to any other similar restaurant.

Today we went here for lunch as a family. The food was so bad that it was an insult to Indian food. The prices were also very high. As an Indian, I definitely deny that this is a traditional Indian restaurant. You don't have quality food for the price!
Now I modified my reviews after your rude response. Pls Don't cheat the people here with the name Indian food. It's not even Zero rating restaurant in WV.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Sitar of India was absolutely unacceptable. The staff were not only unprofessional but downright rude and arrogant. One of them had a filthy mouth, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and disrespectful.
As for the food – it was a complete letdown. I specifically asked for a mild spice level, but what I received was way beyond tolerable. It was as if they ignored the request entirely. On top of that, the quality of the food was poor – greasy, bland, and definitely not fresh. It felt like a rushed, careless effort.
For the prices they charge, you’d expect decent service and food, but neither was delivered. This place is not worth your money, your time, or your appetite. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable Indian meal.

Traveling for work and stopped in after seeing others recommend it on reddit. It was good, I would go back if I'm ever back in WV.
Wonderful menu selection, food is as spicy as you ask for it. The staff was helpful and inquisitive, but not overly so. The place hummed with bustling staff and customers, many of whom were known regulars.

They upped the prices to $15 shortly after I called to inquire that it was $13. It didn’t do it for me as I love rice pudding but theirs was crunchy and stuff like the chicken legs were cold.
