They handed my boyfriend this coffee halfway spilled with cold foam on top of the lid.
I had come in for a medicine ball drink on 2/26 and went to use the restroom and couldn’t even because there was pee all over the toilet and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get it clean, waited a while inside for my order, come to find out the lid popped off my drink and burnt my stomach it was way to hot to even drink and left a red mark on my skin, I think we should really care more about how hot you are serving your customers. Really disappointed
Was in the drive through for 5 minutes and no one came to get my order and just ignored us on the drive through.

Very inconsistent: Early Morning Crew is Wonderful, Late Morning Crew sucks, the Frappuccino I order pretty regularly, costs me anywhere between $6.90 & $11.??, depending on who rings it up. They run out of toppings & syrups frequently. Never made the same on Late Morning Shift. Last week, they made it over 3 times & still didn’t get it right after going from drive-thru to in store. I just took it & left. & no thanks, I don’t want additional help, just want to voice my frustration.

We came the day after Thanksgiving, and the shop was slammed. Long drive thru line, and someone placed an online order for what must’ve been at least 30 drinks.
All of the staff were hustling to get things done, but it seemed like they had it handled. Some customers were getting impatient, I assume they’ve never worked in the service industry. Even the women that ordered $300 worth of Starbucks were snarky when they didn’t have enough cup carriers for their ridiculous coffee order, which made me chuckle. The staff kept their positive attitude anyway.
The barista wearing black, with black hair and a septum ring, was killing it. Pumping out drinks nonstop, and my coffee was still great. I wanted to tell her, but she was in the zone.
