Vast improvement on my last visit. Food always guy behind the counter Tall with grey beard I think he is a supervisor/manager. Very polite and accommodating. Very clean! Finally replaced the old TV with dead pixels in the middle. Very fast service!

Listen, it was about two weeks ago I went to this location as a new resident in the area & I have been thinking about it since!
There was a really sweet girl making our sandwiches who immediately complimented my dress. We fell into a conversation and it made me feel so comfortable in a new area! I keep wanting to go back and thank her. The food was SO good, too! I wouldn't be writing this if the sandwich weren't tasty - but my goodness. Way better than Charley's...

I had the 12” Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was okay, but it was a little light on steak. The fries were soggy and a bit disappointing. If you can get good crispy fries, they’re great! I’ve always liked Steak Escape but I feel like they’ve gone a little downhill over the years. The restaurant was relatively clean, parking was readily available, and they weren’t super busy. If you’re really wanting a steak sandwich it’s not too bad.
