I placed a large to go order for several adults on New Years Eve at 8pm. This place was so busy that literally every parking space was occupied. Odds were high for the order to get messed up. Not only was the order correct, but every item was perfect. It was the best meal that I've eaten anywhere in months. The girls at the to go window were very friendly. Thank you Texas Roadhouse crew in Charleston wv! You all deserve a raise.

Food was absolutely first rate. My steak was perfectly cooked and the shrimp grilled just right. I only wanted water so my waitress suggested a slice of lemon in it to freshen it up. Great idea.

Terrible service. Ordered take out and didn’t get half our food. The food we did get was wrong. No sauces and no butter for our rolls. Promised everything was in the bag. Thanks for nothing.
The food is always good. If I'm allowed to be a little selfish, I could use more of the seasoned green beans. They are always excellent. We were seated outside (after they closed the wind/rain curtains and turned on the overhead heaters, it was a tad warm for me), but the waitress explained they were having some repairs made in one of the dining rooms.

The food was delicious, service was subpar. Went on a busy Saturday night so that might have been part of the issue. Once we ordered we never seen our server again which was an issue since our meal was wrong. We ended up waving another worker down for help with that and to get our check at the end of our meal. Our server was working at the bar and serving our table so it may be a management issue.
