I’ve had two experiences with Texas Roadhouse. The first one was inside the restaurant several months ago and the second one was leftovers my spouse brought home from a party last night. The first time, I had to leave the restaurant immediately and take our food home because I quickly realized that this wasn’t a place for people sensitive to loud noises (the music) and it quickly induced a panic attack for me. Last night, the leftovers my husband brought home from a company party was the best food from a steakhouse I have ever had in my life. Everything from the perfectly cooked steak down to the macaroni and cheese, potatoes and rolls were top tier. I know that the loud music is a company wide thing, but I really wish all the locations had low sensory hours because I’d love to be able to eat here. So delicious.

The music playing in the restaurant was so loud it was difficult to carry on conversation. The rest room was in need of attention. There was debris on the floor and the garbage can was overflowing with used paper towels. My salmon was served to me lukewarm. My mashed potatoes had huge lumps and were cold. My husband's steak was undercooked and his mashed potatoes were also cold. The salad and rolls were delicious.This is probably our last trip to Texas Roadhouse.

Only negative is the noise. But that's just the way it is when people are eating really good food at a good value. The steaks are always really good. And if you happen to hit the 1 in 10k steak that isn't quite up to snuff, just tell someone. They'll make it right! Our favorite place to stop when traveling across country, because you get the same great quality of food and service no matter where you are in the country! We ❤️❤️ Texas Roadhouse!

Joey was our server and he was very attentive and friendly.
This is my first time at this location, normally we go to the one in Huntington but went here instead after a bad experience. Lorah was our server and she was very sweet and attentive and made our experience great. We will definitely be going to this location more.

We went to the restaurant in Charleston WV to celebrate my birthday a couple days early. The food we got was excellent. My husband had 1/2 rack bar-b-q ribs and I had the 6 oz filet. Our server never offered to refill our drinks or the rolls. Plus my husband would have liked some extra bar-b-q sauce. We had to ask another server to get our server, just to bring us more drinks. Then it took her awhile to bring them. When she did, we asked for to go cups, cause by then we were ready to leave.
