We decided to give this location a second chance as our food was wrong the last time we ate there. This time were never seated. At check in we were told 20 to 25 min wait. Also checked in online. After 40 minutes I inquired on names at check in and was told we were next after an hour and 6 other parties of 3 seated we decided to leave. Doubtful there will be a third visit. Rude servers as we were packed in entry like cattle due to weather. We were. In their way
3 great meals. Ribs: 10! Smothered Chicken:9! Sirloin w/ Ribs 10! Mac and Cheese 10! Sweet Potato 10! Veggies (broccoli and carrots) 7 crunchy and not very seasoned. Side salad 9! Kenzie and the Manager provided wonderful service.

Went here against my prior judgement. I went here shortly after they opened the location and I wasn't happy with the food or service then. This time we went as part of a party of 6 before a lil Wayne concert so majority ruled I guess you would say. Initial greeting took a little bit but she was also working another table that had 10 or so guest so we were patient and tried to understand unfortunately the situation never improved. The WAITRESS immediately started trying to hit on both mine and my brother in laws wife which again no harm no foul I don't blame her for that they were suited and booted but what I did have a problem with was when I went to order a drink she couldn't find it on her list of drinks even though it was a simple two liquor mixed drink that they had both ingredients for on their spirits menu. She tried typing it in on her tablet at the table but gave up when she couldn't spell LIQUID. She went to the bar to ask the bartender if she would make it and when she returned she said if it's not in the menu we can't serve it. No custom or mixed drinks here so plan ahead if you're a mixed drink person.Next came the food I ordered the large filet with double fries and I ordered it medium. This was on a Thursday night at about 6:00 food took 50 minutes from the time we ordered. Guy delivering food literally dropped grease/steak juice and blood on my white pants too which all he replied was awwwwwww my bad there guy my bad..... steak turned out to be completely well down and $30 down the drain. Based on the amount of time it took me to get our first order there was no way I could hang out and wait for another one and I don't think the other leg of my white pants needed a second matching stain.As if the whole situation wasn't enough the waitress made one last attempt to holler at my wife by inviting her to the line dancing classes that they apparently require them to take there so they can entertain their customers. One piece of advice if you hire good servers and offer good food and drinks you don't need line dancing as a gimmick to get people in the doors the rest would speak for itself. Definitely will not be back

So so food, disinterested service. The onion bloom was ok. Ordered mashed potatoes, was told they were out, but i could get a baked potato. ? Mash a potato... how hard is that? The steak was very dry. But the worst was the ribs, crusty dry, tasted more like roast beef than ribs due to lack of bbq sauce/ seasonings. The bread was really good. Won't be back.

I was refused alcohol expired id.. no problem.. then my old man ordered the mango margarita as his second drink because I suggested it.. they sent the manager and had 3 separate staff members keep hovering during our mealmac and Cheese Looked Like it had been sitting under the warming table for hours. Ranch tastes like straight mayo. The bread that came with the meal was hard enough to break a window.. worst birthday dinner ever..
