Worst location in WV by far. I walk up to the counter, no one else in the store, 1 car in the driver though, 6 people working behind the counter, said “hello” when I walked up and got ignored. All 6 employees walked by and stared at me never saying a word. Then some lady in the back yells “JACK SOMEONE UP FRONT” then some kid on his phone walks up and goes “what can I do for you?” I said “Wow I’ve been ignored by everyone else thank you for talking to me” and he goes “well it’s only my job to acknowledge customers.” Whoever told this kid this knows NOTHING about running a business. I turned and walked out. So ghetto. Go to any other location. Seriously.

I did not get food and the manager with the face tattoos does not need to manage anything. I do not reccomend to eat here. I would prefer to walk 15 miles through a winter storm than eat at this excuse for a restaurant.

Order here about twice a week for breakfast. Service usually pretty good. But today I placed my order like usual thru the app. Pay, comes off my card like usual. I get down there. “ I don’t have that order just one for so and so” so I tell her I have to confirmation and address was this one. “ well I’m the only one here and I’m telling you I don’t have this order” in a snippy tone.
So why not take the order and let me show where I paid? But yea doubt I be going back for a bit. ESP with rude ppl like that

Merely wanted to add a burger to my order at the window and was made to drive all the way back around if I wanted one. There was nobody else even in the drive thru, so it's not as if I was holding up the line in any way. Quite ignorant and uncalled for really.
