I spend mad money at this particular Wendy's...and I always tip. Daytime is on point! Late night has been very disappointing. They close at two, but the frosty machine is done at 1 or earlier...every time. Also, I asked for plain chicken nuggets with honey mustard...but NOT only did I get Spicy nuggets... I'm pretty sure that they were left over from at least two hours ago đ The fries were mediocre at best. To be fair, I don't generally care about fries. Unfortunately, they were the highlight of my meal. The nuggets were dry, cold and spicy when I specifically asked for Plain. I will stick to day shift with them. Night shift seems to only care about not having to make anything fresh.

Since June, every time I pull up, there's a long wait before they tell me their system is down and they can't take orders at this time. When I ask when they're getting it fixed, they insist that this is the first time it's ever happened and it only went down today

The Doc On Wheels
The lady at the window informed me that they didnât have two out of three items I had ordered and I kindly asked her to cancel the order. She said okay. Four days later and the order was never cancelled or refunded to my Apple Card. Service is very slack at this location. Iâve ordered here in the past and almost always something is missing (be sure to check your bag before rolling awayâŠ).

Came at 1150 pm and was tole that there register person was on break so I called to talk to the manager and he said we will take your order and hung up on me I'd rather not get spit in my food I ask why they would be shut down so early and they was pissed that I ask sorry I hate to give bad reviews but I would not eat here at night cause it was the worst I've seen they need a stronger manager to keep them in order I hope people read this before they try to just get a little sandwich cause they will not treat you right just saying

there is a big black thing blocking my view from looking around. They don't clean their bathrooms they have no trash cans in there and no soap in the bathroom this is the most ghetto nastiest Wendy's ever don't eat here. No telling what they do to your food if the environment is like that. Video included in pictures
I asked what came on a certain sandwich and it looked like the same thing that was showing on the picture on the menu. What I got was completely different and they will not answer their phone and in fact hang it up after it rings a few times. So you can't even get it made right without running back out. They need out of business

Itâs always âwe donât have sodaâ âwe donât have chickenâ âwe donât have friesâ bro what do you have? You just serving salt packets and napkins today? When they do have food and their system isnât down, they absolutely set a brand new bar for how disrespectful and rude someone could be. Worst location in WV by far. I walk up to the counter, no one else in the store, 1 car in the driver though, 6 people working behind the counter, said âhelloâ when I walked up and got ignored. All 6 employees walked by and stared at me never saying a word. Then some lady in the back yells âJACK SOMEONE UP FRONTâ then some kid on his phone walks up and goes âwhat can I do for you?â I said âWow Iâve been ignored by everyone else thank you for talking to meâ and he goes âwell itâs only my job to acknowledge customers.â Whoever told this kid this knows NOTHING about running a business. I turned and walked out. So ghetto. Go to any other location. Seriously.

Thus was the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been in, the bathrooms were filthy, the staff ignored the people at the counter, we actually went back out and through the drive through to get served. Employees were in pj bottoms, the food was cold. Just a terrible place.
