“While I love the quality of product at Sams there are a few things that have bothered me that I have been meaning to share. *Self checkout: I am Ok with self check out but never see an attendant when I need one. frustrating. * Double checkout: having to wait in line at checkout and then wait again to get out the door is my biggest pet peeve. Once they sent me over to customer service and customer service sent me back to the end of the line which was 12 deep. * Not sure if you are aware but folks with severe Latex allergies can not come in the door to shop because the tire section is right at the entrance and risk having a reaction. It may seem minor but maybe consider a different location? Again I applaud your product but these are items that make my shopping experience less than stellar.“

“Generally pretty consistent with good quality and correct orders. I eat there fairly often and have only had once or twice where something has been incorrect. Food is usually on time, and when it has not been, the place has been really busy, so understandable. The only complaint I have is that the food seems to have gotten, in general, less tasty over time. Which is kind of unacceptable considering that this place is pretty pricey. I feel like there may have been some corners cut on the corporate side, but I can't really say. Overall worth a visit, though.“

“Order of the mobile app around 730 a.m. on my way home from working 16 a hour shift throughout the night. Got to the store it's located in and went inside to get things and pay for fuel and no one working was presentfinally after behind the counter at all. All 3 employees were outside when I went to just make sure they got my order since it was the first time I've used the app to order. With no one being present I paid for my fuel and finished getting fuel. After that sat at the counter for another 10 plus minutes waiting for someone to come to the register. (They were extremely busy). When they had a chance to assist me they apologized immediately because their system had an error that resulted in them not seeing my order. The two ladies working the register and the lady cooking the food at the moment all apologized sincerely and abundantly for the mix up. They offered free doughnuts or my money back to make up for it. I didn't take it because it wasn't their fault at all. Would of have them 5 stars for the service but I only gave 4 because the systems error. The employees though are some of the nicest and quickest employees at a fast food place I've been to in forever. They cared more about the situation than I did to be honest. 10 out of 10 for the employees. And to the me girl getting trained, your doing a fine job. They are lucky to have an employee like yourself“

“We just moved to Bridgeport from Spokane, WA. Had seen Winnie's for a couple weeks and finally decided to try it. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had (and we like to go out for breakfast). I had the sausage, egg and cheese bagel and was worried that I was going to get all bun and not much else. The egg was freshly cooked, the sausage was the entire area of the bagel, the cheese was gooey but somehow the bagel was the best. Not sure if they are homemade (didn't ask) but the best bagel ever. My partner had the same but with bacon. There was a generous amount of yummy, very crispy bacon which was delicious. He also had a freshly made banana smoothy that was wonderful. All of this for less than $20. We are used to paying over $30 for two breakfast sandwiches. I can't wait to go there again.“
