“Carols is a sleeper! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is absolutely delicious! The burgers are cooked to perfection using locally sourced meat and the fries are equally fantastic! I've eaten at countless burger places and cannot name a better one. The service here is also warm, attentive and inviting. I cannot say enough great things about this gem...remarkable for Clay County!“
