“I was looking for the Discovery Series West Virginia mug and called the night before. Stacey answered the phone and was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. We stopped by the next morning to pick up the mug, and the staff working that morning were just as friendly and welcoming.

The store—especially the restrooms—was the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. As an added bonus, we were towing a 37-foot camper and had no trouble navigating the parking lot or getting back onto the main road, which made the stop even more convenient.
