“I always have a great experience with this location. There are a few locations in the Beckley area but this one is the best by far. If there is ever any issue with anything they will make it right no matter what. I don't know why but the food is always really good here and 10 times better than the other locations.“

“Ordered my pizza and was accidently delivered to incorrect house - mistakes can happen due to poorly numbered housing in my area.

But called them and they made it right and delivered it in less then 20 minutes.

“I've been to this store quite a few time, it was always pleasant but never noteworthy. Today, I was having an awful day and just wanted some food I didn't have to cook while on a budget. I call, and the gentleman proceeds to explain I could get a better deal on my order with a BOGO of the 2 items I wanted. It made my day that he went out of his way to take the time to tell me how to save some money, especially while I'm budgeting. When I got there I spoke to the manager and praised the worker for a job well done in customer service and care as well as told her how I was feeling and why it meant so much to me. The manager gave me a motivational sticker to help brighten my day, and it meant a lot to have that level of service and care with my simple food order. Thank you, Harper Road Gino's. I will DEFINITELY be back! Also, pizza was amazing as usual (always get extra cheese and some garlic dip!) and the baked spaghetti with garlic bread was delicious too! ??“

We had the 12" Bellacino's Pride pizza and the 18" Stromboli Grinder. Both were excellent, and came out quickly hot and fresh. And the pickle spears that came with the sandwich! Yumm!
The coke drink machine is wonderful! SO many options. I had Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda, but noticed there are 3 other cream soda flavors including orange and peach! My husband had Barqs Vanilla Rootbeer and said it was good.
The interior of the restaurant is pretty and very clean, and prices were reasonable.
We will definitely be going there again!“

“My husband and I ordered delivery this evening (something we rarely do) and we had a wonderful experience. The lady that delivered our food was extremely nice. When we got back in the house our food was fresh and our extra sauces was in the bag. Thank you for a good experience 👍🏽. “I placed my order at 12:00 am at the Buckley location in Dallas. I waited 5min and checked the app but the tracker was not loading so I thought the location was closed. I’m literally driving to eat somewhere else and at 12:35am I get a call from a worker named Zammy saying our order is ready. I felt so bad having them wait til after closing just so I could pick up my order. I get there at 12:46am and I see two workers cleaning and working, I believe they were keeping busy until I got there. I was greater with smiles and even laughs. Sammy and his team member displayed such great character, workmanship, and customer by putting me first on late Saturday night/ early Sunday morning. Thank you to them and papa John’s. Will be using this location for my future orders.“
