“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“

“Delivery service sucks. I understand having to use a third party to deliver. But if I had that door dasher from tonight in front of me, I’d chew them out. Dashers…. CUSTOMERS CANT SEE DOORDASH DROP OFFS!
Pizza Hut, please explain to them that they have to knock on the door or we won’t know My fiancé was sitting in the living room by the door waiting for delivery and the dasher walked up at some point and left the food on our wet doormat. And we didn’t know until he left to get a remade order and the boxes were on the ground, pizza cold. The five stars is for the Pizza Hut staff, they’re great. Door dash is trash.“

“I ordered online for pick up , my order was delayed by 15 minutes for chicken tenders when I got home I realized they forgot to sauce the tenders and also forgot my bourbon beans but service people were welcoming just wished I got what I ordered“

“I’ve had the pleasure of eating brunch here multiple times, whatever I’ve chosen, has been amazing. The past few times I’ve selected the chicken and waffles brunch item. Normally is it a good sized selection of chicken tenders, today however, it was a selection of bone in chicken wings, thighs, and breasts. This made the meal so much better! The savory meat with the sweet waffle and candied jalapeños, amazing! It for sure entered the clean plate club! I would highly recommend going and trying anything on the menu! If the food wasn’t so good, I would have been able to get a picture before I ate every bite! Maybe next time!“

He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“
