On vacation and decided to try a local place. Horrible mistake. Food was bland and overcooked and way overpriced. Took 45 minutes in between times the waiter checked on us. They were more concerned with what i assume are regulars. Only good thing about this place was the live music. Never recommending or going here ever again.

The food was good but overpriced ... nothing spectacular... the service however was some of the worst service I have ever experienced! The server forgot to take our dinner order as we sat there and waited and waited for him to return. If you are going to charge high-end prices for apps and dinner entrees, the service should be fantastic. First time and last time I will ever go there. It's worth the extra time to drive to Davis.

I went to the chili cook-off here earlier today and came back for beer and dinner. Overall, I like the place. Friendly staff and owner. Small but good local beer selection. Unremarkable and a bit overpriced menu, but they put out good food based on other folks here and my experience. I had the Angie's chicken and liked it, although it needed an application of their homemade sweet and sour BBQ sauce. Vegetables were over cooked but good. Good atmosphere. Worth checking out.

Very odd experience. First waiter was friendly, but distant. Came back to tell us that there was no pizza due to a pilot light being out. Prices were high. Dinner salad, Hamburg, and two glasses of wine for over 40 dollars? Initial waiter disappeared, and we had to flag another one down to pay our bill. Nice atmosphere, though.
