Great Food! Good Service. Attention to the outside curb appeal would make Canaan Valley Barbeque the perfect summer dining spot.
We stopped on Sunday afternoon so understandably they were out of many options. However, the brisket had a pronounced smoke ring and great flavor. The green beans were fresh and flavorful. The pulled pork is moist. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce, but the meat doesn't need it

Portion sizes are wonderful., food tastes great. People there are friendly. Price for portions are great.
We had the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich with sides and a drink. So delicious and filling. Can’t wait to eat there again when we go on our back road trips. 10 out of 10 We highly recommend.
