Our party of ten was greeted and seated promptly without calling ahead. The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and engaging. The food portions were generous, and all ten of us were pleased with our meals. Given that six of the members of our party were children, I think that says a great deal. Nice restaurant located at Canaan Valley Resort. The breakfast buffet is quite nice and the food is hot and good. You can choose either the cold or both hot and cold depending on appetite. All in all the service and food is good especially considering there are not a lot of options when in the valley.20231014 Dinner with friends at the Hickory.
