Out of towner, posting about my exit out of Elkins. Got burritos, 2 country fried steak biscuits with gravy, an order of a biscuit and gravy and a steak biscuit and hash browns. Arrived at 10:32am thinking they stopped serving breakfast but they serve it until noon. NOON BRO. Incredible. Food was 🔥. Went back in and got two chicken tender wraps and sweet tea. We have almost no Hardee's in Ohio. Perfect experience. Thank you. ❤️

How do you get a cold burger at lunch time when you dine in? The burger meat looked like a scab. Manager walking around the dining room with his phone up to his head, get in the kitchen and make some fresh food.

Worst place in town!!! The general manager AMANDA is a joke. Allowed someone to waste their time walking over a mile for an interview just to embarrass them and insult them. They refuse to let me make a complaint or even talk to district manager Curtis. Amanda and Eric are a bunch a jokes.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and strawberry biscuit. The food was old and cold but they did re cook me a new chicken sandwich. The biscuit was disappointing. Maybe it's just this location.

I was at Hardee's yesterday afternoon and the two women that were working were doing a fantastic job l really felt really sorry for them and the man in the back was not nice to them,they did tell us it was going to be a while because they were short handed but an hour was a bit long. I heard everything, he was super loud and rude. It was all due to HIS negligence.

I came through the other day and a girl was standing right outside the drive thru area door smoking a cigarette- the smoke going right into my car something I shouldn’t have to deal with a a paying customer. Today i go through the lady in drive thru was very rude. You guys need to be better and do better for your customers we come to pay for your time our business pays you. Smile and greet your customers and be polite good customer services goes a long way I stead of us getting shitty treatment.
