I went there for lunch with a coworker. He got his food then the lady went in the back to get some meatballs for mine. 6 more people came in and got there food while I was still waiting for mine. Didn’t even offer a discount or anything. First time since I been coming here I had anything to complain about. 6 people since my coworker walked out with his. That’s crazy. Iam not coming back.
This is how much left over bread I had on both my footlong meatball subs. They won’t remake my subs, and won’t give me my money back. Expected me to make it yesterday during Easter to bring the food back to them and have it remade when they closed in 20 minutes and I live a half hour away. Haileigh told me if I couldn’t make it I couldn’t get them remade or a refund. I spoke to Shane today in store who told me he couldn’t remake my subs or give me my money back. Told me to call Seneca Realty and talk to Richard Holland, who never answers the phone let alone listens to his voicemails. I can’t go to the subway by my house because Richard Holland never fired the employee who assaulted me. So what now? Corporate?
Ordered a DoorDash and when I wanted to call and see which one it was sent to because I was having complications each time my phone call was answered it was responded with a bunch of computer noises and ringing.I was never able to get hold of an employee and figure out my order. Maybe you guys should fix your phones or actually answer when a customer is calling.
I am a hospitality person, and typically have never had a problem at this location up until the other day. Ordered DOUBLE MEAT and when I got home, the portion wasn’t even extra meat, it was barely the normal amount. How TF do you repeat the double meat charge at the counter but you didn’t prepare the sub anywhere near double meat. I do not complain but would have said something if I dined in. The short dark haired chick was the one who f’d up my order btw. Plus the attitude wasn’t that great either, maybe having a bad shift, day? Idk…seemed it was done on purpose because the order was repeated. I’ll watch closely next time.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY. 2ND TIME MY COMBO ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED. I CALLED SUBWAY BOTH TIMES AND THEY APPEAR TO BLAME IT ON DOORDASH INSTEAD OF MAKING SURE ALL ITEMS ARE PICKED UP WITH THE ORDER. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE!!!
The girl working here was super helpful and couteous. My kid has allergy and she guided us carefully about it. Overall a quick and good experience to eat here.

Went in to pick up my online order and it said It was already picked up and they couldn't find the order. The order slip was still hanging there they didn't even start it. There was hardly any veg. On it. She got one that was supposed to be extra on all veg's. But there was hardly any on it, mine was missing lettuce. The place was very unprofessional.

Made the mistake of ordering pickup from here. 20 minutes for 1 employees to make 2 subs while my husband waited alone in the store. Somehow we got home and still had no sauce on EITHER sub, tomatoes so under ripe they were the wrong color, and one sub completely wrong. Not sure why this store has so much trouble while the other one in town is always consistent.
The food was great and the worker there was by himself and he was on top of it.. For only being there for 4 weeks or so.. Good job sir.

The young lady that works here is extremely rude and moody and should not be in costumer service. Nothing was fresh or cut up. This is the worst subway ever. Forreal.

Literally a normal subway. Not sure why some reviews are complaining about service, it was normal. The lady even kicked out some guy who was cursing on the phone.

They shorted me a sub on a to go order. They said unfortunately to get a refund or replacement sub you have to wait until tomorrow and go to Seneca reality to ask for a refund. Total pack of thieves.
